Yup that's ridiculous! IT SEEMS that Every Wal-Mart store has their own policy. Ive been to that one before and the workers are not as friendly as other stores. I go to the one in Pico Rivera and they dont give you a hard time about the dogs being in the carts. Everybody goes in with them!😁
