The doctors here are great, but this location could do a better job of managing the WAIT TIMES. -A new patients visit can take up to 20-30 minutes for assessment INCREASING THE WAIT TIME FOR RETURNING PATIENTS!! -A RETURNING patient who are SUBSCRIBED for monthly Dues is usually done with an adjustments in less than 10 minutes. I KNOW for a FACT that I'm not the only regular here that feels this way in regard to WAIT TIMES during peak hours! There's always room for improvement!

My family and I always feel welcomed at this location. We love the service and attention that is given to each and every one of us. All practitioners are professional yet warming. My husband had his typical visit and we chose to have our baby boy (7 months) checked out for his first alignment. It was quick and baby was so very calm (thank you Josh!) Also want to give Steve (manager, I believe?) a big THANK YOU!!!!! For always staying positive since day one. The receptionist was also very sweet! I didn’t get her name but I think it was Melody? Lol… She gives off the type of attitude that you would want to be greeted with. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

This was my 6th visit after seeing 5 different doctors (at 4 different locations) and Dr. Ivan provided the best experience out of all of them! He really took his time with my problem areas. A doctor from a different location said they don’t help with areas beyond the back, but Dr. Ivan helped me with my knee and hips, in addition to the usual neck/shoulders/back. I’d recommend requesting him regularly!

The doctors here are great, but this location should do a better job of managing the WAIT TIMES and how long they have patients waiting. …

You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.
New patient experiences at The Joint Chiropractic should last approximately 20-30 minutes. This includes completing initial paperwork, a consultation, exam, and adjustment.
The Joint can provide chiropractic adjustments for our pregnant patients. One of the most important times for a woman to receive chiropractic care is during her pregnancy.
The Joint specializes in routine chiropractic adjustments, and therefore we do not offer massage therapy. Our chiropractors can provide manual adjustments to help you with your current condition.
We make it easy to receive chiropractic adjustments on your terms. We offer a wide range of care options including a walk-in price, flexible packages, and a discounted Wellness Plan. You do not have to sign a contract in order to drop by The Joint Chiropractic and receive care.
All of our doctors at The Joint Chiropractic are licensed Doctors of Chiropractic with the years of experience needed in order to best serve you, and perform recommended adjustments.
We do not accept insurance. We are dedicated to making chiropractic adjustments accessible to everyone, and therefore we keep our prices lower than most co pays, eliminating the need to accept insurance.
Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
The great thing about The Joint Chiropractic is that we try to make chiropractic care affordable and convenient, thus our options make the cost/visit comparable to some co-pays. That being said, our model is not set up to work with insurances (including those with work comp or personal injury cases). Walk-ins are also encouraged, although here at Rosemead, we do like to mitigate wait times for all our patients by planning for incoming new patients. If you have further questions, please let us know. Thanks
Sorry for the delay in a response, but I wanted to provide a thoughtful response and just realized my response here is limited by characters. I'm going to have to post my response to the business page shortly... but short answer, is I believe all the doctors that have worked at our location have been great and I would recommend them all to my friends and family. Thanks!
