I purchased four new tires at American Tire Depot in Fontana yesterday. After purchasing the new tires I drove directly to Rosemead and my tire went flat (1 hour after purchasing it). I called American Tire Depot in Rosemead to inform them of the situation. Albert (the manager) answered the phone. He immediately drove to where I was and put on my spare. He took the flat tire back to his shop to examine it. It turns out the store in Fontana forgot to seal the valve correctly. Albert was able to fix the tire and get us the extended warranty. Albert is truly the best. Anyone who comes to American tire depot Rosemead is in GREAT hands.

This is the worst tire experience I’ve ever had. Please if you value your time and money, never go to this place. They will rip you off especially if you don’t know about tire’s or cars in general. I had a tire problem and I went to here to find a solution for it but this location gave me more problems. I asked for the most affordable tire they have but the said they don’t have any. Didn’t give me options, nothing. Albert offered me kumho tires and did not even say what kind. I only saw that he sold me Kumho Solus TA71 in the invoice. I let them change 4 of my tires but then they installed 2 kumho solus TA71 infront and 2 solus TA31 in the back the affordable variant. Not only they will lie to your face but they will get as much money as they can from you. I can’t even believe this shop is still open with this kind of practice.

Drove in with a flat tire. They would charge me for patching the tire. Aside from there being no charge, the customer service was second to none. Albert was especially helpful and courteous. Thank you to the entire American Tire Depot Team!!
