Upon arrival to target I arrived at the Pizza Hut and I asked for a cup of water and the clerk Michelle refused to give me a water cup on a hot day if 95° she stayed it for me to go over to Starbucks or Starbucks has a long line and I just asked for a cup for some water and said cups are for soda only I don’t understand that I have to wait in a long line for just a cup of water from Starbucks when I could’ve got one at target when there’s no line I feel that the service is unsatisfactory and she should’ve been attentive to a customer to the customer is always right

Only one person working the customer service desk so a long wait, made worse by an employee who couldn't manage a simple return that took 20 seconds without making a snide comment out of the blue. Avoid this Target location if you can. Probably more than a few poorly trained, bitter individuals who resent working in retail.

You cannot rely on Target’s own in stock checker. App told me vegan cupcake was available at store. Came. Nothing. Employees searched for 30 mins. It shows in their system they have 29 cupcakes. Turns out it’s actually on the delivery truck. I’m sorry, but that’s not in stock if it’s not available to be purchased on the spot. They told me to come back tomorrow. Well, the party is right now. I can’t exactly tell the kid who has an egg allergy that sorry, he can’t have the cake. Absolutely disappointed and waste of time. I would have chosen to go elsewhere to buy what I needed. Not to mention another employee told me these are never accurate. so why offer a stock check if you have no intention of actually keeping check of the stock!

The Alhambra location is generally well-stocked and has lower costs. The shelves are clean and well-organized, and the products are easily accessible throughout the store.
