We had the worst experience yesterday evening. We went there around 5:30 pm and told the receptionist to reserve a table for 8 and the receptionist told us there was about 35-40 minute wait and we said it's okay because the last person in our group wasn't here yet. After about 40 min. our friend informed us that she was just looking for parking, so we asked them if we could be seated. They said, according to their store policy not unless the group is complete can we be seated. We insisted that we were complete but our friend was just parking. Instead of accommodating us, they threatened us by saying if she wasn't there physically in 5 minutes, they were going to give our table away. We found it very rude for the manager and the staff to say this. Instead of saying, oh okay, we can sit you now, they instead threatened to give our table away because they didn't believe that the last person in our group was there. Additionally, they said that if they seated us and that person arrives on a later moment (even minutes after). That person has to be seated on a different table. IS THIS THE REGULAR POLICY? I don't like the attitude of the manager and her unapologetic way of describing their policy and their threat. We are not coming back to this place again and we will warn our friends of this occurrence.

I can’t say that I am a fan of this restaurant. The price is really high and the food quality is not worth the price. Especially since you do not get full service. Your drink will run dry. You can try to flag someone down but ultimately you will have to go to the counter. When I did go to the counter 3 employees made eye contact and quickly averted my gaze and passé me by. It took me a while shouting excuse me! Just to be ignored. I would go to the other end of the counter and say excuse me! And be ignored. When you see someone standing there with their empty cup in hand, lid off looking somewhat stressed and obviously trying to flag someone down, one would think an employee would deduce that the customer needs assistance. But no, they look at you like nope not going to help you and walk on by to stare at the counter or the back wall to avoid your gaze once more. This is more of an over rated and overpriced fast food seafood “restaurant”. I would rather go to the Crab Pot in Long Beach for this price. The environment is so much nicer. The food is WAY better! And the service is hands down better than this place. They actually serve the table and wait on the table. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s middle of the road, extremely LOUD with little noise dampening decor. The loud music doesn’t help the situation and nor does the negative vibe from the staff. The most polite the staff was is when we were leaving. Do yourself a favor and go to the Crab Pot in Long Beach. You will thank me! Trust!

Food was good but our waiter had a issue with us ordering so much food but. Next time we won't spend as much and also pray we don't get the same waiter

We wanted to find a place to eat with real seafood and this place was so good , and the staff were so friendly and nice . The crawfish were small but , and the oysters looked very tiny , on the half shell . But , overall , the food was amazing !
