Trainer, Shannon Cunneff, I believe to be very unethical. I believe she has lied on many occasions in regards to a horse I leased through her. I have proof of the lies. Horse ended up incredibly sick (at no fault of my own) and according to her and the vets was “unridable” and to be retired. Fast forward 6 weeks after his return to them and he was released out to someone else down in Virginia. So he magically got better. I had him 2 months and the owner refused to refund me prorated money yet released him and essentially “double dipped”. I tried to reconcile this prior to posting publicly but trainer nor owner wanted to make the situation right. We are currently perusing legal action as well as actions taken against the trainer through USEF for lying. I also left a review on their public Facebook page but it was taken down.

Excellent facility to board your horse. Beautiful, tranquil setting with miles of trails. Wonderful staff and superior care. Friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone!
