Very wheelchair friendly as far as how much room there is to manuver with crowds. Everything has high and low views. But some of the hills will require someone to help push up (about 3-4 from 50 to 60ft long hills) but if you zig zag the park starting at enterance and work your way down to the Tigar/Lion enclosures, than its only one hill to get back to the top of the parks exit gate

There are some hills but it is all paved.
That's totally dependent on your wheelchair. My friend and I took our babies in strollers and it was fine. I have a jogging stroller and she has a convertible pram.
