I’ll break it down by the people I interacted with. Owen my salesmen was great. Young guy with plenty of potential. Got my order for the truck done and wrapped things up quickly when it came in. Would definitely recommend him. He was willing to answer or get an answer for any question I had. The cashier was pleasant and easy to deal with. I don’t remember her name but I’ll add that anyways. I ended up having to go to Imperial Chevy for the purchase and sales agreement and had one of the finance guys Milton. He was efficient and probably the fastest I’ve ever been in and out of a finance office at a car dealership. Nice guy. The reason I wouldn’t leave five stars is because of the initial ordering of the truck. The sales manager seemed to question every single option in my order. Not in a good way it felt like. Then requested a credit check. Ran two separate credit checks. Which as far as I’m concerned isn’t part of the process. If you don’t feel like the deposit is enough to secure the order, the dealership should probably request a higher deposit. I would leave a worse review but I want the other employees to have their moment to shine. The sales manager at Boch Honda was more than happy to deal with my wife and I when we purchased a vehicle there. The sales managers here couldn’t be pressed to look up from their desk or shake a hand for five seconds. So other than the three employees mentioned above. I could care less for Imperials management , especially for the amount of money a person would spend there.

The entire experience at Imperial Ford was spectacular! Our salesman Owen was very helpful and easy to work with, he provided excellent customer service. Financing, which I usually dread, but at Imperial it was smooth sailing! I would recommend Imperial Ford to anyone looking for a new car.

Hello Austin, we have a sampling of Ford's line up in our showrooms including F-150's. With the rain we had, the vast majority of our vehicles are wet however if you are interested in a vehicle we will bring it indoors for you to look at. We do that during inclement weather.

Fyi This is a bait and switch car dealer. I wasted my time driving there to buy a new van at their advertised price. They tried to sell it to me for 2,000 dollars more. I even confirmed the price over the phone before I drove Ann hour to get there. I ended up a Quick Ford and got a good deal... SAD!!!!!
