I don't see anyone breaking into your room and doing things to you, i wouldn't keep valuable items visible in your car through windows nor have a lot of interaction with the other people. Its a fairly run down roadside motel in a neighborhood that is near a casino (about a mile west) and trending down a bit from working class. I have seen street drug deals happen there and women of the evening work out if there. But you should be safe unless you are stupidly waving valuables, or getting in other people's business.
It's not to bad I just stayed there on the first never had any problems
