Like reviewers, I waited forever to get my prescription filled. I called the pharmacy an hour after my prescription had been sent over and the pharmacist answered and said he didn’t have an order for me, so I told him that there was one sent over and he then says, “oh, we have a voicemail box… call back in an hour and I will check to see if I have your order”. Annoyed, but I said okay. I called back in an hour and the pharmacist hadn’t check yet, but he does so on the phone and says that he does see the order and that it’d be ready in half an hour. I get to the store, wait behind one other person for 15 minutes until it’s my turn and then wait another 10 for them to fill my order!?!!??! Also while I was waiting, the pharmacist spilled something and the tech goes, “ew, that’s disgusting”. Then I go to pay and I had a bottle of cough syrup and two packs of cough drops and the pharmacist refused to check out my other items cause they were “busy”. The store is dirty and run down and I am legitimately concerned about taking medication filled by this store. Avoid!

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Waited in line 35 minutes in the pharmacy drive thru, only to realize every car in front of me was not serviced, and had left because no one came to the pick up window. When it was my turn (4:45pm on a Saturday) I pulled up, pressed the call button 3 times. You can see the pharmacy person in there, but no techs apparently. So the call button is ignored. Would have been nice if there was a sign on the window stating that it was closed. Can't get back the 35 mins I waited (and I was initially the 3rd car in line when I pulled in) And I keep getting text messages from CVS asking me when I will pick up. I would love to Have! And I have tried 3 times now in the past week for a new script that I need, and not successful yet.

This is one of THE WORST pharmacies EVER! In fact I'm writing this review while I'm on hold with them going on 15 min now! No one EVER answers the phone and when they do they lie about when your prescriptions will be ready. You can call …

I have been a customer for 7 years and have always had great service with them but now they take 4-5 days for my prescriptions and they always forget one of them. I am now leaving them and going to the one on Roberts Ave in Hilliard.
