Susan Carmichael

There is a pharmacy tech in CVS by the name of Chris. She is a wonderful person. She is loving. She is friendly. She is helpful. She is all the above. I love this location because Chris is there and I know that I'm going to be served well with Chris being in the building. Thank you Chris for all you do.

So the cashier was not available. I had to use self check out. And when the manager came up to try to fix the machine because it was going crazy trying to make me feel like I’ve been putting her out by asking her to get me a receipt. It was not printing out correctly. This place is bulls.

This is hands down the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I used to work right beside it so I've used them for over 5 years. I can't keep count of how many times they've messed up ordering meds for me and leaving me without medication for days, sometimes over a week at a time. There are good people that work there, so I feel bad posting this, but it's just been too much. I complained to them one time that they always mess up my order and the lady said "Well yeah, we're really busy. We're in the middle of everything"... I guess because they're by NCH that's an excuse to mess things up all the time? This place needs an overhaul or an actual manager or something. Find literally any other pharmacy to go to and safe yourself the trouble.
