Very sketchy mobile home park. SWAT and local police are constantly raiding the area. Management is a joke. They never respond properly, they claim everything is the fault of the tenant, even when documentation proves otherwise. It takes filing a complaint with the courts and threatening to put rent in escrow before they will tend to major issues. Even so, problems are NOT resolved properly or legally. When issues aren't resolved through management, they refuse to give any other contact information for the park owner etc. Save yourself the money, headache and time, and find another place to live. This park is honestly terrible, and there is no sign of it changing any time soon. My disabled daughter resides here. Big mistake on our part thinking this would be a good/safe place to live for her. Management/owner will I am sure, respond back to this review blaming my daughter, it's common practice for them to fault the tenants. Rest assured, I am speaking the truth.

The community is currently fully occupied. There are no empty lots or homes for sales. There are no rentals in the community.

Hi Michelle, at the moment there is one home available for sale - I think some work is needed as the prior owner started some work but did not finish before leaving. The lot rent is $315/mo and includes garbage. Water and sewer is billed back monthly.

U buy the home, rent the lot, water, sewer, trash. U pay them. They sell u the mobile home. It's almost all hispanics.

They are homes for sale just stop by the office from 10 am to 2pm or some have their phone number where the sale sign is at
Yes their is alot of trailer for sale
No they are just normal people as management and they live in the trailers as well
