Planning on relocating to the columbus area within the next few months. Are there trailers for sale at the present time or do I purchase a trailer and move it there? Also,how much is the lot rent!

Hi Michelle, at the moment there is one home available for sale - I think some work is needed as the prior owner started some work but did not finish before leaving. The lot rent is $315/mo and includes garbage. Water and sewer is billed back monthly.
