Hey Madeline! Is your pup reactive with pups or humans? While we have experience with both people and dog reactive dogs, it is important to understand what their triggers are. If pups are the trigger, we will ensure all dogs are removed from the area prior, during and after. If humans are the trigger, we would want to ensure we are working with the same commands and structure that she has at home. We may recommend some desensitization work or training before proceeding, but it all depends on what you want and what your pup needs. We do use soft muzzles to keep the groomers safe as necessary for short periods of time. Please feel free to give us a call. We can discuss options with you further to see if we are a good fit.

All Paws Retreat does groom cats. It is recommended that cats are groomed on the weekend. The environment is less stressful, and the groomers have the ability to clear the shop of any pups or additive stressors.

I get in around 6:30am, so you could drop off your pup early. Just give me a heads up a day or so before and I’ll make sure I’m there.
