Had 3 great experiences but on 4/17/22, it all changed. I used wipes to clean out mud out of the washer I usually use & then the washer malfunctioned & the attendant reset the machine to unlock the washer door. My 8x10 rug did not rinse properly and it was sopping wet but I figured I could put it in the dryer and of course the attendant had to clean up the dripping water. I had to tell her about my issue again and she had me put the rug in another washer to rinse and that helped but I had to state that I was unhappy for any kind of assistance! Unfortunately another customer used that same washer and the attendant had to reset it but she never put a sign on the machine! All in all, I didn’t care for the manner of the attendant nor her analogy of me possibly using too much soap! Please address the disconnect, lack of customer service and lack of integrity!

Sloped floors in back causes carts to roll away from machines . Many dryer doors do not seal tight some barely at all so it takes longer to dry clothes. No attendant on duty to clean anything even though lots of people cleaning clothes. I was there on a late afternoon weekday.
