Because everyone that works there is outside smoking newports and watching the cart accumulate with no intention of collecting them and going through the bag u left claiming dibs on items. I'm sorry Cuz that's BS but its the likely situation
Because it's a poorly managed store. They have kids managing kids there and everyone is always outside smoking or on break.
I will say that I lost my credit card during a late night Easter bunny run and they had it waiting for me the next morning. Maybe just go there instead of calling?
All I have to say is I went to that Wal Mart on 76th twice and both times there were things I couldn't find and couldn't find anyone around to ask a question to about what I was looking for. That Wal Mart bites! I like the one on Hwy 100 WAY better than the one on 76th street. I'll never go to that one again. I really don't like to tell you this but I don't believe no matter what you do with calling the store you won't get anywhere. I honestly believe that you should try calling the corporate office and explain it to them. If you have any names of people that you did get to talk to I would definitely give them the names of those people. So sorry to hear about what happened to you. You are in my prayers and good luck.
It depends on the time of day. If customer service desk is closed, it's a free for all to grab the phone calls as no one is usually near the phones if it's closed.

They don't care they dont answer the phones because the calls are routed to The electronics department.
I get that it does take minutes sometimes to answer the call dont know maybe they have issues going on because they do be doing alot of callin managers to rescan items or void items.Other than that i would suggest to get in and get what you need so you can get out of there
