Awesome the owner is very helpful as well as her trainers no pressure and very encouraging they stress go at your own pace . and they make sure your doing the work out correctly and safely. They also give you a alternative exercises to work with your body if you are having issues. Have been attending for 10 months and it's always a joy to be there no matter what kind of day I'm having.
