I had the opportunity to work with Pastry Swan for a clients two tiered wedding cake and all I have to tell you is I will no longer be going elsewhere for my cake needs! They were kind, helpful, accommodating, and the best part? Their cake was delicious! Moist, decadent, balanced, and I only wished we had enough for all guests to experience but we had opted in for only a cutting cake for our couple. Couldn’t recommend Pastry Swan more, you won’t regret it, and their team is wonderful.

I Love this Bakery! This first cake is my favorite Lemon Cake. The second one really special because I recently lost my mom and my Amazing Future wife did this to cheer me up! The staff are always so nice. 😊

So happy to find a place that can make great vegan cakes! Thanks so much it was so delicious. I loved the whipped cream frosting as it wasn't too overly sweet and rich like some cakes are.

HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM MANAGER, DEBRA!! She actually stated, " maybe this is not the bakery for you". The NAME was mis-spelled on the cake.. without correction. Wrong ingredients without refund...Rep hung up on me while i was very calmly trying to discuss the problems...Blamed the Birthday Girl for her mis-spelled name on the cake, which was a surprise gift to her... I ordered lemon flavored cake, got yellow cake with lemon food coloring and zest...Ordered cream cheese between layers, got white cream with no taste...Ordered strawberries between layers, got red gel on only one layer. The Birthday cake was a disaster. The Birthday Girl and her Husband brought the cake BACK and left it with Debra, the so-called Manager.She made it clear that she has enough clients already and we can take our business elsewhere. We got no replacement cake either. She also said that other people like their cakes! By the way, did i mention that my family is African American? I cannot imagine this treatment to another persuasion!
