EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! We have gone to this restaurant multiple times but will NEVER be going back. We ordered the Sukiyaki and barely got any food. Got a small cup size bowl with barely any food in it, mostly just cabbage. Got one small piece of carrot, one piece of a small tofu chunk, hardly any mushrooms and a spoon full of noodles. They couldn’t even fill the bowl up with rice! We ordered 8 oz. Of steak and it FOR SURE was NOT 8 oz.!! The server had an attitude every single time we asked a question or asked for anything. She was very very rude to us right from the start. Haven’t had that bad of service in a long time! We left extremely hungry and disappointed in the food and service. We feel completely ripped off. Absolutely not worth $270 for two, didn’t even order any drinks! We for sure will not be recommending this restaurant to anyone anymore. Unless you have deep pockets and no appetite, don’t go!!!

This is by far the best restaurant in the valley. From the service to the food, nothing else compares. Wendy always has a smile and is very knowledgeable about sake. Miho, the owner, treats you like family and has amazing attention to detail with the food. I have never had an item on the menus that I didn’t fall in love with!

Awesome place to eat. Staff is very kinda and friendly. My 13 & 10 year olds loved the experience. Last time I at shabu shabu was in 2008 when I was stationed in Japan. We loved it

Came twice trying to eat and both times I was told the kitchen was closed. It was 9:00 their website says they close at 10. The waitstaff say the kitchen closes at 9:30pm but because they're short staffed they can't serve you. Save the time and go somewhere else. They won't allow walk-ins after 9pm. Very upset.

Dear Elinor, Thank you for asking. I’m the owner and chef. We don’t belong Open Table. It is a small size restaurant and because using induction heaters, we can’t move the tables. We take reservations over the phone and accommodate you in the best way for your group as possible. We are looking forward to seeing you at our restaurant!
Parking was a little iffy, there is a hotel next door. We parked in the overflow.
