They have call-ahead seating. Hit option 2 at any TR and then 1, you will be transferred to an operator who will assign you a # and take your name. Puts you ahead of everyone else when you arrive.

Yes get there early this week they get packed fast
Yes they do reservations. Not sure they're very successful at keeping them based on my experience but they do allow you to make them.
