Double charged me $12 and no one could give me my money back. Even got the owner's number and he never returned my call. Very poor customer service. I ended up having to dispute the charge and my bank got the money back because I couldn't get it any other way.

This is a Great place for coffee and snacks!!! The staff is really friendly. As far as pricing nothing is really over charged you will get your money's worth, a great beverage to go. Inside is nice and spacious for family and friends.

First time ever being at a Biggby. My roommate told me about it. I went through the drive thru and asked the young girl at the window what she recommended as a coffee on ice. She said the same one I was looking at! It was yummy!!! Nice friendly and courteous girls working that night!!!
