I was sent there for intense pain and to have ultrasound. Worst experience of my life. Poor patient care. Even though there was no one in waiting room, doctors and nurses were not thorough. Felt as if I was wasting their time. Will never go to the ER again.

Took my son there Saturday night with 104 temp, it broke just before we got into a room, so the entire time we were there, we were treated like we were wasting their time.. 6 days later and he is still fighting a fever on and off. I'll be sure to find a different/better ER next time, wouldn't want to be a bother to them for "nothing."

I was recommended by 2 doctors to go to the ER for care for my (unexplained) intense pain. I was referred specifically for an ultrasound which the doctor refused to do because he thinks my condition was not life threatening. He was more than happy to prescribe pain meds but refused the one thing I needed done to confirm whether I was okay or not. I would never go here again. What a waist of time and money.
