Nice if you can ignore the constant shaking of the floor. If you stand still for 5 seconds, it feels like a earthquake is constantly going on. The staff also seemed like they didn't understand that there was a weird shaking going on. There were multiple stains all over the carpet in the rooms and common areas. Breakfast was a joke, didn't even toast a the English muffin. The staff was very unprofessional. The pool and spa was disgusting.

I have stayed at this location before, and it was nice, but it seems to have really gone down hill. The hotel smelled of very strong mildew. The carpets and paint were dirty and worn. Then housekeeping was playing loud music in the hallway and repeatedly yelling "housekeeping" and knocking on doors very early in the morning. The hotel also quit serving breakfast on Sundays and Mondays. Breakfast is an amenity I always look for, and so I will no longer stay here. I am happy I stayed here again before I invited a lot of out of state family to stay here for a family wedding in December. It is actually very sad to see the decline. There must be some real hardship going on. The positive is that the front desk staff was very friendly.

I used the meeting room and had a breakfast with the others of my group. It was very nice and service was wonderful. The setting was great also and met the needs of the gathering. Because it was located just off of I75, some of those in attendance were able to travel easily.

Positive: The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and a great price. It was easy to get on and off I-75. Negative: Our room was clean, but the hotel was somewhat dirty - in the hallways and stairwell. After three nights, an item was still on the hallway floor. No one had vacuumed during our 3 night stay there.
