Maddi was our waitress just learning but she was great! The best steak and prime rib. Everything was perfect drinks were great!!! Great atmosphere !!! From Tennessee best place we stopped at to eat.

I cannot stop laughing about the absurdity of my experience. My Caesar salad came with an entire two croutons. Two. Only two. This isn't a salad. Omg this is the worst service I've ever had here. My question is why didn't the manager double check the order before they handed this to us?? Was there at 2pm and it took us 30 minutes to get the our salad and in which had alot more than this picture and the waitress took it back and put in a a to go box. Never again....will be calling corporate

They have call-ahead seating. Hit option 2 at any TR and then 1, you will be transferred to an operator who will assign you a # and take your name. Puts you ahead of everyone else when you arrive.
Wait in car until your table is ready, dedicated entrance and exit are marked (a bit unclearly) entire staff wear masks, and the section we sat in was filled-no empty tables as added safeguard. The last part is not a judgment, just a fact.
You really don't have to download the app. Just go to the website and get put on the waiting list. It will let you know how long of a wait you have.
