For a start there were for the lack of other words some undesirable people wondering in and out. Seem to be some kind of a class going on in the lobby area classroom. To find and get access to this hotel was almost not worth the adventure to get there. He was a pet friendly hotel and I felt the room was either infested with bed bugs or fleas. I had many bites on my feet ankles and legs. I informed management today we left. The breakfast was of course free it had a lot to be desired in my opinion. Because we were there for a convention we got a huge break on the room and as the old saying goes you get what you pay for.

The first room (Jr Suite) we checked into, the toilet didn't work and the bathroom floor was UNswept. They moved us one floor up to another Jr Suite and only 1 aircondtioner worked AND there bathroom and tub was full of hair, leaving me to believe that their maid staff is not cleaning under their claimed regulations. The Person at the front desk truly tried to help and was very friendly and quick to try to satisfy.

Positive: Super clean, modern rooms, and super friendly staff make this a must stay. I've stayed in hotels five times the price that wasn't as nice! A+

Katrina at the front desk was a blessing! I was not able to go home due to the weather, so I had to stay and Katrina made me feel very welcome! So nice and friendly.
