The majority of the menu is gluten free with the exception of the wrapped or deep fried items (like potstickers or eggrolls). Their sauces are made using corn starch instead of flour.
I do not believe so but I think they happily change up a recipe to accommodate you. They definitely have vegetarian opinions.
