I worked at kfc for roughly a month, and all I can say is wow. This is by far the most unprofessional job I have ever been at. When I went in for my interview Michele (GM) informed me there was drama in the store and she was working to get it out. Within my first week I had already witnessed so much drama on her behalf. She is extremely rude to all of her costumers and her staff (other than her favorites.) I tried to work out my issues with her and had a conversations with her which led to me having a panic attack so I asked for a minute to breathe, which she replied with “no, you’re not doing that.” The management is an actually joke and I truthfully hope they do what’s best and get her out of this store.

Absolute horrible workplace! If you want to a job where the managers don’t appreciate or respect their staff then this is the place for you. Michele (GM) is extremely rude and has favoritism towards multiple employees, her employees are in and out faster than you could even imagine. If this place ever wants to have hope of keeping a good staff then I pray they figure out they need to get rid off her.

Michelle taking orders at the window is rude. I ordered an 8 Piece fill up. And she rudely tried to correct me about what I was ordering. I simply took her word for it. And asked for a large extra gravy (which I did not get). Also got a weird combo of chicken. At least the kid that I paid at the window was polite and pleasant.
