I use to love this Wendy’s but they have gone downhill the past few months. Their hours always seem to be wrong. Say they are open until midnight but anytime past 10 all the lights are off and no cars in the parking lot. It’s Saturday 10:00pm now and I just left from there after finding that they were closed. Food is regularly messed up if you request items off. A few times recently I’ve gotten a completely different sandwich than what I ordered.

Not good. Every time I give them a chance I am disappointingly disappointed. I hate their new fries ever since they changed to the gross ones with skin and they are flavorless and bland, but if I order a baked potato it's nasty or they are out of potatoes... yeah. The drive through is mostly backed around to the road. The last time we went through they were only accepting cash. It's just better not to bother. It's an unorganized dumpster fire that should probably just be torn down. Info

Ken the Manager at this location had the NERVE to laugh at my husband after he went in and asked what is going to happen if he gets sick after eating raw chicken. When he came to the car to tell me about his experience I went in and caught him and one of the older lady’s up there were laughing about the fact it took him “that long” to bite into the chicken and see it was raw. Worst customer service I have ever received in the entirety of my existence. I am calling corporate and hoping to get his silly laugh fired.

Went to Wendy's 734 Scioto St. Urbana, Ohio 43078, drive thru on Saturday @1:45pm, 1 car at the speaker and 1 car behind us, waited 8-10 minutes before the car in front of us was waited on! We got up to the speaker and they said, "just one second" we waited another 5 minutes and we said "hello" the guy raised his voice and said "WE WILL BE WITH YOU IN JUST A SECOND" We have been waiting for some time now and that attitude is not necessary! We were done with this RUDE employee, we observed the parking lot, we counted 9 cars I will only go there 1 more time, to find out who this employee is.... I will go in this time
