Has anyone else experienced the haughty attitude of the reception/ hostess..... this I do not need. Especially when no customers are waiting, seats are available and I stand in front of the desk for 3 min before she speaks..... nice.

No, but everyone does have the ocassional bad day. I've had great service every single time I've gone there.

Think about this Houstons is consistent on their food. The service you receive this going to vary depending on who's there. For those who are protesting to each its own and there are far more important things to protest in the city of Atlanta then the service you get it Houstons. If you don't like the food and service don't go, if you don't like the service but like the food order out.

Everyone is unique. The younger they get.... We don't concern ourselves with personalities and attitudes. As long as the food remains excellent and we are served in a timely manner, we'll keep going.
