My last 3 visits had completely turned me off at this location. Staff is rude and continuously on the phone while customers are waiting to be helped. Twice I've waited 40 min for 1 salad and my order still wasn't prepared correctly. Today was the last straw! My chicken was undercooked and the breading was falling off and mushy. Biting into a tomato that still has the hard area (vine) is disgusting. The table next to the register has been dirty for 3 weeks (sticky). Even though this location is closer, I'll just drive the 5 miles to East Cobb for my salad cravings! Update 7/30/22 I was hesitant to return but this visit was much better. Cashier was nice and food was prepared yumtastic!

I love Fresh to Order, and this location especially. All of my experiences have been superb, with the exception of last night. I understand it was close to closing time and so the kitchen was getting ready to shut down, as I showed up at about 8:40pm to place a to-go order. I ordered an extra side of grilled veggies, which consisted of a slice of zucchini, a slice of red pepper, a small slice of mushroom, and corn on the cob. I can’t justify charging someone $4.50 for this. It’s not a huge deal but I would have preferred they just tell me they didn’t have anymore veggies or I would have even been okay with them saying they just straight up didn’t feel like making them. The rest of the meal was delicious though, so still 4 stars.

Just what it says Fresh to Order! If you're looking for fast fresh food, in the right place! Had the fried battered chic strips with real garlic mash potatoes..sooo good! 😋 Plus got a small house salad...it was loaded for extra $3...total $13. Been a minute since going here...kinda forgot about until I went to the mall. Prices are reasonable and they're not stingy!🤑

I ordered a ceaser salad with double salmon on it. At least the salad was fresh. Stood there almost 30 minutes waiting on my order to not have what I ordered, and to watch my salad sit there on the counter for everyone who came after me get their orders first. At least I got an apology. That counted for something.
