What time does the park open?

Sun up to sun down. Closes at dusk.

Honestly I think after 7or8am. Please call the park hope the best.

It is a very nice place especially if u plan to hike a bit, opens when the sun turns on, at least for the trails and being on property.. Pool, snacks and others have different times however so if your AM plans include such, better call to check first. Enjoy
