The area for trails end camp ground is the new river system. It is part of TWRA. You need a Tennessee hunting license for it. Only one per vehicle. It is next to brimstone, privately owned. Separate pass for it, per person.
They do have weekly passes for out of state residents to ride the Cumberland trails for like $80. If your instate it's cheaper. If you go on the Cumberland trails be careful not to go on Brimstone trails or they will ticket you if you don't have there pass. Just be careful about staying on whatever trail system you buy a permit for.
