Trailsend campground is a great place to camp. The campground fills up during the events that brimstone recreation puts on. They are located next door.. trailsend did have their own events sometime time back. The owners are great people and the folks that work at the campground are second to none. You could get in touch with them to get more information. As far as the bbq, I think it would work at least trying it 1 time to see how it comes out.
Probably pretty good. Especially if you're there of the evening when people come back in hungry.
