It's cheaper to buy used however rotors are something you want to get new. I would recommend your local auto parts store before the dealership. Much cheaper through an auto parts store.
You don't want to buy used rotors. They are cheap enough at AutoZone or Advance Auto
You will have to call the Auto Center and see if they can do the repair plus order those rotors. Best option is to call a local junkyard that may have them in stock to purchase instead of new ones from a dealership.
