Unfortunately, it seems that this brach's standards are not what they used to be. One of my family's favorite place, yesterday was filthy. Tables and seats were sticky and dirty. My coffee cup had lipstick marks on it so I sent back, only to get a new one and when I put cream it curdled. One of our soda glasses had some thick white stuff on it, so we sent it back too. The cutlery was sticky and I just used own wipes to clean it. All signs of overloading dishwasher or someone not doing their job. Needless is to say that I just wanted to leave and did not eat much. Considering how expensive it was to eat there, cleanliness is the minimum expected. Staff is always nice, efficient, and courteous.

This was the first time I had a great experience like this. I think this location has a new cooking staff. Everything was in sync. The food came out picture perfect, hot, and good. I am not sure what changes they made but it was great. Our waitress was very nice and attentive.
