Their driver ran me off the road on the merrit parkway, decided to flip me off. When I got off rest stop he followed me and was yelling. He sounded drunk. I kept driving and he followed me again driving closely behind me. Lucky I didn’t call the cops

Had no problems with this company until I got a note stuck to my door about how I need to shovel a path to my propane tank or they will refuse to refill the tank. Been using them for years and never received this, but I guess since it's 2021 even the big burly propane guys are gonna pull the candyarse card. Sorry my snowblower broke this year and my back isn't what it used to be. So let me go break my back so my propane guys tootsies don't get cold. Unreal. Probably going to dump you guys.

My house was wrecked in the tornado of May 2018 in Hamden. On repairing it we chose to put in a new propane heating system. We chose Gas Works at the recommendation of the contractor. Gas Works has fulfilled our propane needs more than adequately. The deliveries last winter were on time. At the onset of this new season my wife called Ann in the office to inquire about a delivery and was given a wide range of dates starting this past Monday and going to the following Wednesday. There is 50% in the tank.. The only thing I'm wondering about is why isn't there a set schedule and date for the truck to be here. Other than that everything else is fine. Also had an issue with my furnace. The condensation from the furnace wasn't being channeled away from the furnace. The technician came over and found the snag in the line and it's fine now. Thank you.
