I went there to buy a ps4 game controller. They were not too busy and nobody bothered to assist me as i stood there looking lost with my 5 year old at the counter. I found the price of a used controller was the same as new one from walmart so i purchased it there. I found that the prices on things they are selling are way more than what you would find online or on the marketplace. However if your looking for something specific like an old console with some sort of guarentee and without a hastle than you can get it here but you will pay a premium.

Guys at the counter sold me broken ipad that wasn't reset, still logged into the last users credentials, and it didn't hold a charge. An hour later i brought it back with the receipt and I was told I can only get store credit when they told me they can do a full refund for 30 days. To hell with game exchange and their terrible customer service.

Pretty good place. My go-to for buying retro & classic games physically. Also good DVD and VHS collection. My only problem with it is the somewhat inappropriate manga and anime sections and the blasting of heavy metal. It's not the same place it was when it first opened. I preferred when it was just about video games and vintage media. Now it's just a Discord Mod hangout. Eh. Staff is friendly though.

Highest prices around. Word to wise do home work before purchasing at this store. Walmart, target, Best Buy and online are always cheaper than this place. If game doesn’t work or problem no cash back policy. There like a glorified pawn shop
