Had a great experience here. Got my sea doo a few years ago and I love it. It’s been a lot of fun and the process was really easy and the staff was excellent. My only complaint is that my trailer was not registered to my town. It was registered in Southington and I had to do the leg work to correct that error. But that’s just being picky. Good place, good selection. I’ll definitely be back.

THese guys heres attitudes are very bad!! Ordered two spark plugs that I never received over 2 months ago oh and i am STILL waiting for my refund that still wasn't sent back to me I would give a zero star if it's allowed!!

I'm Very Disappointed..!! I went to this place to see the motorcycle to buy one and I was waiting for more than 20 minutes for someone to come and assist me and tell me step by step how they work when I bought the motorcycle and all the staff that were present , NOBODY came to attend to me and I left! Very Disappointed!! I never go back to that place! 1start *

Let me start by saying that I've been a customer since 2010 when I met Brian Guarino who at that time, I felt was wearing as many hats as one could. (He seemed run the whole operation) (that of course wasn't the case) The establishment grew larger and honestly, at least in my opinion, a little bit colder like the rest of the world. Brian hasn't changed. Then I met Scott a couple months ago who from what I understand works the service desk. And I felt the love again just like I do with Brian. You have to give CT Power and Sport credit for knowing where to put their best people!! Shout out to Gavin who is an awesome tech and did an amazing job on my bike. All this being said I had a great conversation with someone and came to understand that they are one of the busiest suppliers in the the North East of outdoor and sporting equipment, thus they get slammed! So all things considered I understand the sometimes seeming lack of warmth. Heck, they're busy!! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to buy any outdoor equipment they offer. They won't rip you off, they will go the extra mile to make you happy and they have gems on thier staff that are not hidden.
