My pool burst and the about 10,000 gallons of water crashed through the basement window. I called Serv Pro they arrived in about 2 hours. Otti and Fredy did a fabulous job removing the remainder of the water left and they even cleaned up the huge mess from the aftermath. My carpets and wood flooring were also removed. It took almost 8 hours like they said. I was told the Supervisor would return tomorrow to inspect and they left fans to dry the basement for the next 3 days. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. I just didnt even know where to begin. I was going to buy a pump to get the water out my self but there was a lot more to do than just remive water. I am glad I called and very satisfied with the service I received.

I hired the Servpro crew to come to my house to clean a large room containing the kitchen and living room. The person living there had been a heavy smoker and there was much staining to the walls and ceiling as well as a noticeable odor. The crew was made up of Ivan, Oscar, Imelda and Marco. They got right to work and when I stopped back an hour or two later I was very impressed with what they had done by then. I could tell they took pride in their work and they were very friendly and professional. When I stopped back later I was truly amazed at what the four of them had accomplished. The room was thoroughly cleaned and years of smoke damage were gone. I would hire Ivan, Oscar , Imelda and Marco again gladly and would recommend their services to all.
