Whether you are staying in Eau Claire or just passing through, this is a great place to stay. It is very conveniently located a short drive from the Interstate, yet quiet. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are several shops, grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations in the area. It is also in a clean and tidy and new-ish part of town, so you should feel safe.

Room was great. Location was good. Service definitely could be better. They lady at the front was not very social or welcoming. We could smell pot every time we went in or out of our room. All in all it was a nice place to stay for the weekend.

Husband in nearby hospital, so Hampton was close. The hotel was clean and meant all my needs. I felt safe. The room was very clean, the bed was fine. Front desk clerk (3 to 11) was friendly and proficient.

Horrible I’ve been staying for almost 2 weeks was planning on staying for longer but the hotel had no control over a group of youth hockey players. They had setup 2 hockey nets in the hallway had corn hole games setup in the middle of the hall way as well. Told staff about was going on and they moved it from the second floor to the first floor breakfast area. I was staying in room 228 and the room above me on the third floor had a bunch of kids jumping yelling I notified the front desk and nothing changed. It felt like it was a zoo all this was going on from 6pm to 11pm I decided to leave to The Lismore for some peace and quite. The Hampton Inn had no control over this group of kids and parents. Going forward I will make sure to spread the word to my job mates to stay clear of this mad house.
