The stay started out ok bc we asked for an early check in ahead of time bc we were driving all night and the manager Justin called me to say he can certainly try and I appreciated that. That part of communication gets 5 stars. When we got here it was fine and a bit of a miscommunication on both of the front desk attendant and myself but she helped us get into a room early. Again appreciated. Bed is comfy but clearly not a clean room. Ants on the food/drink stained rug and the room started to smell moldy. It now lingers in the hall and is off putting. Just a one stop place that we are fine not coming back to.

Catalytic converter stolen in the parking lot of the hotel! It was stolen sometime overnight. Officer that came to take the report told me that he is at this location approximately twice per week on catalytic converter thefts. Management is aware this is happening but does not have a single camera on the exterior of the hotel. Parking lot is full of trash, its clear they never spot clean it. Beer cans, bottles and easily hundreds of cigarette butts. Room was clean and in good condition. That was a positive.

The hotel is fine, the front desk staff is a problem. Both when I checked in and every morning eating breakfast I would watch them be rude to the guests. Two men in particular always looked like they were annoyed and couldn't be bothered to do their jobs, arms crossed and rolling eyes at every one coming to town to work that was in work attire.

Positive: The room was outstanding. Very large, two bathrooms, super clean Negative: I was under the impression that Breakfast was included. It was not. The breakfast area was closed to guests, and two annoyed employees were taking orders for continental breakfast (10$) that was basically cereal and bagels.

Our pool is open between the hours of 6AM and 11PM and our fitness center is conveniently open 24 hours!
Yes we do! We have an indoor salt water pool as well as a state of the art fitness center right next door!
We have our in-house restaurant 'The Great American Grill' which provides breakfast Monday-Friday from 6AM - 10PM and Saturday and Sunday from 7AM-11PM. We also offer Dinner each evening from 5PM-10PM. If you are looking for somewhere to dine in the area, we are very lucky to be in close proximity to a variety of restaurants! Some of my personal favorites include, Westbrook Lobster, Wood N' Tap, Sliders Grill & Bar, Chili's and Rick's on 5.
Our local Amtrak station is located in Meriden Connecticut which is approximately 8 minutes from our Hotel. Or, our amazing front desk staff is always more than happy to call a local taxi service to arrange a ride to your destination.
Our beautiful meeting and event space is a spacious 4100 square feet and can be divided into 3 smaller rooms. We also have a separate board room that can accommodate 12 - 14 people.
