Quite possibly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at a retail store. The manager couldn't be bothered to see if they carried and item in the store. I looked it up online while in the store and discovered that not only did they carry the item, but they had one in stock. I asked again where I might be able to find it and was told sorry we don't have that. I showed her that according to their online inventory system they do carry it and it says you have them in stock. Her reply was too bad, you will need to wait a while until I have a chance to look. Apparently leaning against the counter and checking her phone was much more important. It all worked out for the best though, when I got home I found the item I needed on Amazon for less than half the price. Looks like Tractor Supply needs to invest in some management and customer service training.

I went there looking for a specific item and asked an employee if he could help me loacate it. He just pointed over in the direction it would be ,but was SO unhelpful. I was going to ask the cashier but she was so swamped with just one cashier lane open. I ended up just leaving. As i was walking out, a nice employee that was outside told me that item is specifically on line and then told me where else I could find it. Aside from him, this store was not an enjoyable experience and the music was atrocious!

Went to tractor supply tonight . Pulled into the parking lot and only 4 vehicles so I thought to myself ,great dog wash won't be busy . I get out go in stand in line to pay only to be told the dog wash is closed for the night . What it's not even 6 o'clock ? The young guy just said nope its closed . No explanation, no nothing . Oh great now I've just wasted a hour of my time. If the dog wash wasnt ready they could have cleaned it while I waited or heck I would have cleaned it myself.just so my trip wouldn't have been waste time. This is actually the second time this happened however the first time I was told it was closed at 7 pm over the phone. . I think maybe there should be posted hours so people know. . Most times the girls are usually pretty helpful ,Maria has helped quite a bit in the pasted.I really enjoy doing my dog bath there because it's so easy but it has to be open to hours that people can make it .
