First come first serve... it's also called accepting life. It's happened to hundreds of people. If you called ahead the night before, or an hour before, explain yourself, that you only want what you want, maybe they could work something out for you. But blaming them for not getting there in time to get their product, seems rash. I think we all agree that any store, with any product, might run out before you get there and get it. Like i said.. it's life. None the less calling ahead so you're not wasting your time totally helps curve the frustration.
They do run out. It is first come first serve. They will not put things on hold if you call. Just have to get there when it opens, or take advantage of the product that is available when you get there.
I suggest calling ahead.
