They sell recreational marijuana but to get in u need an State marijuana card. The recreational sell of cannabis will start hopefully this year.

Please try checking out other answered questions. Medical dispensaries aren't currently allowed to sell recreational through the permitting process as it is. First places to buy recreationally will most likely show up in summer 2018.
Dispensaries in Massachusetts only sell medical marijuana. Recreational sales should start some time on 2018.
