First dispensary for non medical will open sometime in 2018 awaiting government approval. I asked NETA and this location will remain for medical only even after it's legal to sell to anyone, probably something to do with they have to carefully measure and lable the potency of each batch
Legal for recreational use but there are no stores.open for that yet. NETA is medical only. You have to have a prescription and medical marijuana card registered with the Massachusetts Department of Health.
NETA will remain medical only, so unless you get a medical permit don't plan on going there.
For non medicinal use recreational is legal in MA. BUT, of course there are some small rules. How much can you have, etc. But medicinal marijane is legal. You need a doctors prescription.
