The elevation products are grapeseed oil, which is meant for cooking, but some people use it for rubbing into aching joints. Dose is a line of edibles (gel cubes, chocolate nuggets, etc.). Those are meant to be eaten and take 1-2 hours to kick in, so start with a low dosage and wait 2 hours before taking another. You can always add more, but you can't take away. When in doubt, talk to a budtender. They will answer all of your questions without judgement.
Its per teaspoon its tincture, you put it under the tongue. Let it soak in then swallow what's left after 5 minutes

I drink it and pour it in food. If heat try not to take it above 200° degrees or the effects will vanish.
