No you need to register with dph then print out a copy u can use the paper copy for a month but I had same problem its frustrating but easier than u think u need a computer OK go to the link n sign up give all the info the ask u have to take a picture of yourself with a white back ground only shoeing from shoulders up like an id from Registry same kind pic then u upload to u phone n u email it to them they need that picture for your I'd it you can say use the I'd they have on file at the drs.. Then register m print if don't want wait 4 weeks get the id in the mail.. U need definitely the I'd or paper copy.. U need not to give up n u can do it all online don't try n mail it first come first serve could take longer to get will actually.. U can do it in half hour n have your paper copy n go that day..
