The Elevation Oil (which is infused grapeseed oil) is for use with cooking, but some people have used it more like a lotion. However, NETA has their Allay Lotion, which I use for that purpose. Tinctures are for placing drops under your tongue.
They are correct, it's a dropper capped bottle. 1 dose is the dropper filled once.
