If NETA gets a rec license, you won't need a medical marijuana card to get in. However, patients with medical cards do not have to wait in the rec line, do not have to pay the ~20% sales tax, and 35% of the dispensary's inventory is reserved for patients.
Mike stillwagon neta has chosen to open a separate facility for recreation in August and it's 40-45% reserved specifics won't even be available for recreation sales tax is 22.5% also rectreational users will only be able to get an eighth at a time per day I think the dispensaries have there own inventory rules
Yes I believe the med has to be non profit and would need to be kept seperate somehow
Hopefully

My guess is that many medical places wont go straight rec. The crossed streams of revinue come with different tax law. So theyll likely section off a part for medical or open another building for rec. I could be completely wrong tho im no lawyer or buisness expert.
