Dispensaries will never sell recreational marijuana you need to be a patient to get medical marijuana July 1st you can purchase recreational marijuana on your own wherever they sell it but not in dispensaries

Recreational will not be available until July 1, 2018. After that, it won't matter where you are from, you can buy it. However, if you bring it across state lines, it becomes a federal offense. You also cannot smoke it in public.
